Here we post the most recent version of our guidelines and waiver. It changes slightly each event, so be sure to read and understand the document you recieve with your ticket before signing it.

RULES, GUIDELINES, AND WAIVER

This agreement concerns your participation in Club Risqué’s The Secret Garden, September 29 – October 1, 2006 (the Event). Failure to sign this agreement precludes your admission to the Event. Please read it carefully and sign below.

- No pets.
- No one under 21 years of age.
- Ask before you touch any other person, or their things. and respect their answer.
- When approaching someone to play, make your intentions, limitations, and desires clear. If you are asked to play, respond with the same information.
- NO MEANS NO. Don’t take it personally.
- Always be respectful and tolerant of others. There is no one way.
- Respect the space. Don’t damage the facility or leave your trash on the ground. Don’t make our host regret renting us the space.
- When others are playing, please keep conversation to a minimum. Talkers should congregate in social areas.
- This is not a zero tolerance event. However those who are overly intoxicated and/or obnoxious will be asked to leave. We want you to be high on SEX.
- No cameras or any other type of recording devices allowed in areas marked by signs reading “NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING”. Obtain clear specific consent from all subjects before taking any photograph or other recording of them. Please respect this. Violations will result in the device being confiscated and your expulsion from the Event.
- No weapons
- No vending without the prior written approval of Club Risqué.
- No offering, soliciting, negotiating, or agreeing to an act of prostitution. There will be no “pay-to-play” at any Club Risqué event.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only, ie the patio and the picnic tables. Put your butts away!
- No use of cell phones or other remote communication devices in the Event. Please turn phones, beepers, etc. off. This should not be a problem, as there is NO cell phone reception on the property.
- Please respect the confidentiality of others. Who attends and what happens at the event is private and should not be discussed with those who did not attend.
- No play involving urine or fecal matter.
- Quiet, unobtrusive voyeurism is welcome, if you like to watch. However, do not interfere with those who are playing, and stay outside their station. Do not disrupt the players’ concentration or focus by getting too close, speaking to, or touching them. Give players their space during and immediately after play. This applies to all areas of the event.
- If you do play, please clean up when you are done and throw away your trash.
- Other than lube, the only liquid permitted in play stations and is water. Please drink other beverages in socializing areas.
- If a Staff member asks you to stop an activity, you must do so at once. If you disagree with their appraisal of the situation, discuss it with the Staff member privately. If you continue after being asked to stop, you will leave the Event.
- Safewords are "Yellow" to indicate a pause for discussion, and "Red" to indicate a scene needs to stop. Personal safe-words are not permitted to allow Staff members to better enforce Event rules and to protect play. Play will be interrupted if safewords are not respected. The universal safe-word is "Red". If someone uses "Red" in the scene, all activities must immediately cease. In case of inability to speak, Two Squeezes safe-wording will be used: two squeezes of the hand must be answered with two squeezes. Anything else will be taken as a "Red" and the scene will be stopped immediately.
- Do not use someone else’s toys without permission. Before touching a toy that isn’t yours please ask the owner (but not while they are in the middle of a scene).
- Do not intervene in scenes. If you are bothered by something you see because it seems extreme, risky, or even impossible to be consensual to you, leave the space quietly or find a Staff member to check the scene. Staff members will not interfere in scene-space unless it is deemed absolutely necessary by a Staff member. Club Risqué trusts players to respect limits and safe-words.
- Do not join or interrupt a scene in progress unless specifically invited to do so by the scene participants. If your scene interrupts adjacent scenes, it will be interrupted by the Staff members. Please ask a Staff member before beginning your scene to see if extra space can be cleared.

After reading the Rules and Guidelines on Page 1, please read the following carefully and sign below.

1. I, the undersigned, certify that I am 21 years of age or over. I have read and understand this document and the rules it contains, and I agree to be bound by them.
2. I understand that my attendance does not require me to interact with any persons without my explicit consent.
3. I understand that nudity, adult oriented discussions, activities and demonstrations may occur and that I am not offended by such and that if any certain activity does offend me, my only recourse is to leave the premises.
4. I understand that any interactions I initiate with any other participants without their explicit consent will result in my own expulsion from the Event.
5. I release the Event’s hosts, staff, volunteers, and attendees from all liability concerning any consequences to my welfare, physical , psychological, financial, or other that may arise from my participation. I release the hosts from any legal or financial obligation to me resulting from the Event at any time.
6. I agree to inform any persons with whom I interact of any communicable diseases or illnesses I may have. (Ex. Sore throats, STDs, cold sores, etc.)
7. I understand that I have a responsibility to alert the Staff if I have any difficulties at the Event or if I see other participants not abiding by the rules.
8. I will not create, or facilitate the creation of any type of audio or video recording or take any photographs or images of any sort without the express (written) permission of the owners of Lion and Bear. I agree that any such recordings or images created in violation of this agreement will be the exclusive property of Lion and Bear.
9. I agree to leave the Event voluntarily upon the request of any representative of Club Risqué. I understand that reasons for being asked to leave may include but are not limited to violation of any rule or guidelines of Club Risqué.
10. I certify, by my signature, that I am not attending the Event in an official capacity as a law enforcement officer, private investigator, undercover agent, government agent, postal service agent, news reporter or contracted third party in any surveillance capacity.
11. I certify that I am voluntarily attending the Event as a private individual.
12. I understand that my attendance of this Event does not mean that I will get laid.

Club Risqué will not release your name to any organization, business, or individual. This is for our records only. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
